We decided it was time to try out Europe’s longest & fastest zipwire, which takes you on a flight over the iconic Eden Project. For a long time I have totally not wanted to do this at all, as it looks very high up and scary. We are regular visitors to the Eden Project and the SkyWire is very popular, people are always whizzing across bravely overhead.

On 27th July 2016, Matt Smith, aged 30, made a world record bid. Born in New Zealand from a long line of sheep shearers (his brothers are also champion shearers), he now is based just up the road from Coombe Farm. This epic effort, was the first attempt of it’s type in the Northern Hemisphere.
Cornwall offers over a hundred beaches, between them they offer all the activities you could want – sandy beaches for sunbathing and sandcastles, rock pools, surfing. Many of the beaches are dog friendly, and the coastal paths above the beaches provide stunning views.
The castle is a magical day out. Everyone has heard of Tintagel Castle, and it’s mythical links to King Arthur. It’s cliff top location is dramatic, and spans from the mainland out to the Island, and includes Merlin’s Cave down at the foot of the cliffs. This unique castle brings the past to life, and also combines striking views, captivating ruins and a yummy seaside café.
